THEME PARK RULES


GENERAL ENTRY RULES 

1. Candyland Theme Park wristbands are used for park entry/exit and payments for paid services within the park. A list of free and paid services/attractions is available at the ticket counters.

2. Payments inside Candyland Theme Park can only be made via the wristbands provided at entry. Cash or credit card top-ups for wristbands are available at designated stations.

3. According to park regulations, visitors under 4 years old are classified as "infants," and visitors under 12 years old are classified as "children." Guardians must present a valid ID or passport for age verification when obtaining wristbands for infants/children.

4. Wristbands must remain intact and unaltered. If damaged or lost, report to the Guest Relations Office immediately. Staff may request ID and signature verification. Keep your wristband/receipt until the end of your visit. Counterfeit wristbands or fraudulent use will result in legal action.

5. Attractions may temporarily close due to weather conditions or maintenance. For updates, inquire at the Guest Relations Office.

6. Candyland wristbands are valid only during operating hours (1 day).

7. Wristbands are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Companions are responsible for their group. Visitors under 12 years old must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or older.

9. Flammable/explosive materials, sharp objects, weapons, or dangerous items are prohibited.

10. Pets are not allowed inside the park.

11. Frisbees, balls, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, rollerblades, or similar equipment that may disrupt traffic or pose risks are prohibited.

12. Candyland reserves the right to deny entry or remove visitors for theft, aggressive behavior, rule violations, or safety concerns.

FOOD & BEVERAGE RULES


 13. Outside food, alcoholic, or non-alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

DRESS CODE


14. Swimwear is mandatory in pool and waterslide areas.

15. Infants and children under 3 years old must wear special waterproof swim diapers in pools (standard diapers are not permitted).

ADDITIONAL RULES


16. Visitors are responsible for their belongings. Candyland is not liable for lost or stolen items.

17. Height, weight, age, health, and companion requirements must be strictly followed for all attractions. Non-compliance voids park responsibility for incidents.

18. Photos/videos taken by visitors are for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission from park management.

19. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, as per Turkish Law No. 4207.

20. Pregnant individuals, those with heart/blood pressure conditions, physical disabilities, skin infections, or open wounds are prohibited from using pools/attractions. Risks are solely the visitor’s responsibility.

21. Visitors must ensure they are in good health. Those with chronic conditions must consult a doctor beforehand. Review our "Disabled Policy" online or contact the Park Call Center for accessibility details.

22. Follow all posted restrictions and staff instructions at attractions.

23. Attractions involve inherent risks. Participation implies acceptance of these risks. Follow all safety signage and staff guidance.

24. Candyland is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by negligence, rule violations, or inability to swim, except where legally mandated (e.g., under Turkish Trade Practices Law).

25. Candyland reserves the right to modify rules without prior notice.


DISABLED POLICY


1. Disabled visitors must enter with a companion aged 18 or older.  

2. Disabled visitors and companions must adhere to all safety instructions. Staff cannot assess boarding eligibility but may restrict visibly unsafe participation.  

3. Contact the Guest Relations Office before joining attraction queues for assistance.  

4. Staff may assist with seating but are not permitted to lift disabled visitors.  

5. Staff may deny boarding if clear health risks exist.

TICKET CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY


1-Cancellation and Refund Rights

Candyland entry tickets can be refunded if canceled before the park’s opening time on the ticket’s valid date.


2-Cancellation Terms

• If a customer cancels their ticket before the park’s opening time on the valid date, the full amount will be refunded.

• Cancellation requests made after the park’s opening time will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.


3-Date Change Policy

• Date changes for purchased tickets are not permitted.

• Customers wishing to change their visit date must cancel their ticket, request a refund, and purchase a new ticket for the desired date.


4-Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Refunds will be completed within 14 business days of the cancellation request’s approval.

• For bank/credit card transactions, refund processing times depend on the issuing bank’s policies.


5-Ticket Transferability

• Candyland tickets are non-transferable. Each ticket is exclusive to the purchaser and the named guest.


6-Cancellations by the Park

• If Candyland cannot operate due to adverse weather or technical issues, visitors will receive:

​- A full refund.

​- No alternative dates will be offered.
